Now, back to something like our regular programming....

Will someone tell the McGuinty Liberals that they are being extremely insulting, assuming that we're so stupid?

Ya, HST will help business. Right. NOT.

Not when consumers' disposable income is reduced so they shop less, spend less. No point in hiring more employees if there aren't any customers.

This tax is going to help no one but the Liberals. After they rake in incredible amounts of money, if they don't gaily squander it all in boondoggles like eHealth (thanks, Smitherman), they'll proudly announce a balanced budget.

Just wait and see.
And remember that they think you're stupid.
Really remember that at the polls in 2011.

It's a new dawn, it's a new day.....

No man is an island….and no board can do it all on their own.

It is up to US to participate.
To volunteer in whatever capacity suits one’s talents.

Walking dogs, petting and brushing cats, rabbits, rats, playing with birds, fostering special care cases, feeding motherless kittens.
Helping with fundraising.
Helping with adoptions.
Helping recruit, train and coordinate volunteers.
Donating to help care for the animals, be it one time or monthly.
Whatever best suits you.
There's a committee for you.

Find a committee and commit.
To help make THS into a world-class shelter.

If you love animals
Do it for the animals.

Addendum: There's a good editorial in the Toronto Star entitled "Humane Society Reborn", read it here.
